    THOMAS
We believe that Jeremiah and Sophronia are the ggggf & ggggm of my husband. Their daughter was Esther A. Thomas (born about 1854 in Macon County) who married John Coon (born about 1850 in Macon County) on September 28, 1875 in Decatur, Macon County. The Thomas' lived in Friends Creek Township and appear on census records in 1870 & 1880. We also have information on a lawsuit involving Jeremiah Thomas in Macon County Circuit Court in 1856, and on a land purchase in 1857. We would appreciate any information on Jeremiah and Sophronia.     TROTTER
We have just found that our Ancestor Samuel Trotter was the son of John and Agness Trotter. John died in Scott Co., KY in 1794 and Agness in Jefferson Co., IN in about 1824. We believe that the Trotters in IL in 1830 thru 1850 are sons of John and Agness or grandchildren of them. Associated Surnames are Luston, McNutt, Alexander, and Sebree. Would love to exchange information with other Trotter researchers to prove our theory.
